1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking services with Signature By Professionals Beauty Lounge (“we,” “our,” or “the Salon”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Services

We provide professional beauty services including, but not limited to:

• Nail services

• Lash and brow services

• Skin treatments

• Makeup services

• Body treatments

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Appointments & Deposits

• A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of repeated no-shows or inappropriate conduct.

4. Payments

We accept:

• Cash

• Debit

• Credit cards

• E-transfer (if applicable)

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed services.

If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we may assess and reasonably address the concern.

Retail product returns must be unused and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

6. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

• Lost or stolen gift cards are not the responsibility of the salon.

7. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to decline services where health or safety risks are identified.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, branding, images, service descriptions, and design — is the property of Signature By Professionals Beauty Lounge and is protected under Canadian copyright laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional service, the Salon is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions not disclosed prior to treatment

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

• Indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services or website

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
