Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

Due to the customized and personal nature of beauty services, all completed services are final sale and non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with a service, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly assess the concern and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable adjustment.

Adjustments must be completed within 5 days of the original appointment.

2. Deposits

• Deposits are required to secure certain appointments.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits may be transferred one time if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or cancelled. In such cases, deposits may be forfeited.

4. Retail Product Returns

Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with original receipt.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.

5. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

• Lost or stolen gift cards are not the responsibility of the salon.

6. Allergic Reactions

Clients must disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to treatment.
We are not responsible for reactions to products when no prior disclosure was made.
